Televised Ghosthuntress Bellydances Between Takes; Debuts At Renaissance Faire Keri-Bo Bates of Brick, is set to make her on-stage debut at the Lakewood Renaissance Faire on September 20-21st 2008. Ms. Bates found the Daughters of Sophia bellydance troupe while taking lessons at Tribal Dance Arts under the instruction of Julie Nuzzo. She will be performing at the Gypsy Caravan promptly after the joust on both Saturday and Sunday. The Daughters of Sophia also features the talents of Julie Nuzzo (Brick), Marissa Rojo (Ocean Grove), Rose Curry (Bayville), Chelsea Rappel (Lakewood), and Julia Hiroko Howe (Forked River). About Keri-Bo Bates: Ms. Bates resides in Brick, NJ and volunteers for the Silverton First Aid Squad. She performs with the Daughters of Sophia bellydance troupe as “Ehawee”, meaning laughing maiden in Sioux. Bates is of native American descent; maternally part Cree, and Shinnecock on her paternal side. An active member of the Garden State Ghost Hunters Society (GSGHS), she was featured on the Travel Channel’s Eastern State Penitentiary special with other members of the GSGHS in 2007. In 2008, she earned the role of Senior Ghosthunter in a new series co-produced by the GSGHS and Evil Kat Productions. About Tribal Dance Arts: Tribal Dance Arts is an American tribal fusion bellydance school based in Brick, NJ.
